magical atmosphere fine view helpful service
The main hall boasts a magical atmosphere. It feels like a modern museum. Breakfast included many options to eat. The room provided fine views. Staff members offered helpful service. The hotel offered an amazing daily program of activities.
I found that some aspects of the hotel need a bit of upkeep.

Volcan Rocks! Seriously!

The Volcano Club area is awesome. The staff there are friendly and efficient, with a special thanks to Paula who always ensured I had everything I needed. Breakfast in the club lounge is lovely, a nice buffet plus table service. Afternoon tea and free drinks made my evenings extra special. I loved having traditional sandwiches, scones, and cakes!
The sea view I booked provided very little view of the sea, it mostly overlooked the marina with no sun on the balcony.

The staff was friendly and happy to assist in any way possible and always acted professionally and courteously, providing information about local attractions and services and resolving issues promptly.

The location has direct access to the marina with many restaurants and bars and it's super close. The promenade stretches for miles, reaching main areas and Papagayo beaches, offering plenty of exploration opportunities.

The pools provide different locations. The heated pool was a delight. There is many sun beds and a relaxing ambience across the whole premises.

The basic room was very roomy and had thoughtful features. I loved the balcony and it was designed to be sheltered from wind and I enjoyed plenty of sunshine. The room was super clean and cozy.

subtle entertainment comfortable room great addition
this hotel charmed me with its subtle entertainment. i enjoyed the activities that happened without any pressure. the rooms are beautiful, and i found them very comfortable. the hotel staff were very cute and nothing was too much trouble for them. the water refill stations were a great addition.
some sunbeds around the pool could be more comfortable.

church-like entrance huge room excellent food
i was impressed by the church-like entrance! the staff escorted me to my huge room and bed. i had an awesome terrace view of the sea. the food choices were excellent and the staff always showed me to my table

I enjoyed the hotel location near the marina. Restaurants and bars were accessible through the gate. The room was large and matched the website pictures. British channels were available on a big TV. The breakfast was great with many choices. I would return on a B&B basis.
